The regional Index report

Twice a year we publish what the assessments show about how plants in each region manage performance: which practices are common, which are rare, and where progress is happening.

What the report will contain

  • The distribution of plants across the five levels, by league and by sector, once each group holds enough plants.
  • The practices most often in place and most often missing, question by question.
  • The profile patterns most common in each league.
  • What changed between two editions, based on plants that re-assessed.

Every figure follows the cohort rules in the methodology: at least five plants from at least three companies in any group reported, ranges only, no plant or company identifiable.

When

The first edition will be published once enough plants have taken part for the figures to mean something. We will not publish an early edition built on a handful of answers. Leave your email below and we will send it when it is out, with nothing else unless you ask for it.

Methodology

The six pillars the Index scores: visibility, daily management, problem-solving, improvement, people and data. Each with five levels and a 90-day path.

Recognition

How verified plants are recognised: five regional leagues, two cycles a year, recognition at Levels 3, 4 and 5, Most Improved and Frontline Team distinctions.
