What we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Who sees your data
- TEEPTRAK staff who coordinate the Index and, if you agreed to be contacted, the regional representative for your plant's country.
- Jurors of your league, for verification only, bound by the jury charter.
- Technical providers that host the site and process form data on our behalf, under contract.
We never sell your data and never publish anything about your plant without your consent.
Transfers outside your country
Data is processed in the European Union. If you are located outside the EU, including in China, your data is transferred to France; the form asks for your separate consent to this transfer where the law requires it. Where TEEPTRAK's regional teams in the United States or China handle a contact request, the transfer is covered by the appropriate contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Assessment answers and report: three years after your last assessment, so that progress can be measured.
- Contact details: three years after our last exchange, unless you ask for deletion sooner.
- Verification evidence: until the recognition decision, then deleted; jury decisions and reasons are kept five years.
- Aggregated benchmarks contain no personal data and are kept.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, and withdraw any consent, at any time and free of charge, by writing to info@factoryexcellenceawards.com. You can also complain to your data-protection authority; in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and local storage
The assessment saves your answers in your own browser so you can pause and come back; nothing is sent until you submit. Google Analytics sets audience-measurement cookies. The fonts are served from our own server.
